I’m the director of American Martial Arts Academy-Naperville.

When I was a child, I began my martial arts journey and the positive impact it had on my life was remarkable. It was always my dream to someday open my own school and pass on the skills, knowledge, and inspiration the martial arts has given to me.

Now, I proudly serve the Naperville community and feel an overwhelming sense of pride and humility when I see our students grow into happier, healthier, more confident children, teens, and adults!

Q Things included in Kids Program

In our kids program, children will learn a variety of traditional martial arts techniques including punches, kicks, and self-defense moves. Our classes also incorporate physical conditioning exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination.

Q Things included in Teens/Adults Program

Sparring and Self-Defense: Sparring is an important part of most martial arts programs, as it allows students to practice their techniques in a controlled and safe environment. This portion of the program may also include training in self-defense techniques, such as how to escape holds or defend against an attacker.
