Josh Heath is the head instructor at Blue Ridge Jiu-Jitsu. He is a Royce Gracie Black Belt, an IBJJF Pan Jiu-Jitsu Championship medalist, and also holds a brown belt in Judo. With an extensive background in boxing and years of competitive experience, Josh brings highly effective instruction that focuses on both real-life self-defense and competition-level training.
