Q About LITTLE TIGERS Program

Classes are jam packed with excitement for children from the ages of 3 to 5. Students learn flexibility, practice martial arts & do exciting drills that are guaranteed to improve coordination and strengthen child development. Most importantly every class teaches an age specific life skill to build leadership from an early age. Your Child will build up focus, discipline, and listening skills while enjoying a fun high energy class.

Q About KIDS AND ADULTS TAEKWONDO

Our Taekwondo classes are an exciting way to stay active and learn an effective self defense style. Classes help to improve flexibility and build strength though performing forms, combinations, and foot work. Workshops, traditional self defense, and sport style, help each student to find their own path and to develop according to the goals they want to achieve!

Q LIFEFIT KICKBOXING (Ages 18+ only)

BURN UP TO 1000 CALORIES PER CLASS. Lifefit kickboxing is a total body workout. Kicking, Punching and Crunching your way to new fitness goals. Our classes are designed to produce results. It is the ultimate fat melting body chiseling program for results driven people. If your looking for kickboxing classes focusing on fitness and self defense, our program will deliver the results you are looking for.

Q HOW MANY PEOPLE IN EACH CLASS?

Class sizes vary between 10 to 20 people per class. Don't worry, we have additional staff for larger classes to ensure that every student receives the necessary attention.

Q WILL I BE LOCKED INTO A CONTRACT?

No. We have various membership options available to cater to the needs of all our students. We have a cancellation policy that allows you to cancel your membership at anytime for any reason.
