For your first session, comfortable workout clothes are perfectly fine. If you choose to continue training, our team will guide you on uniforms and proper gear.
Most students attend 2–3 classes per week for the best progress, but you’re welcome to attend according to your schedule. Consistency plays a big role in improvement.
