We keep it simple: no class times, no waiting — just walk in and get to work. Our 12-round format mixes heavy bag drills, cardio bursts, and functional movements for a full-body burn. Coaches are always on hand to support, correct, and motivate.

No experience necessary! Our workouts are beginner-friendly and guided by coaches who will teach you proper form, technique, and how to get the most out of your session from day one.
No set class times. We operate on a “drop-in” model — show up anytime during open hours and jump into the next round. A new round starts every 3 minutes, so you’ll never be late.
Each session is about 45 minutes, structured into 12 rounds of boxing, cardio bursts, and functional fitness exercises. You can go at your own pace with coach guidance throughout.
Just bring comfortable workout clothes, water, and a towel. If you have your own gloves and wraps, bring those too — otherwise, we’ve got gear available for rent or purchase.
