Master James Theros has been training in martial arts since 1976 and brings over three decades of teaching experience to Palm Harbor Karate. His extensive background includes Traditional Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu, Hapkido, Kickboxing, and Wu Shu. With a passion for teaching and mentoring students of all ages, Master Theros focuses on helping individuals develop confidence, discipline, focus, and real-world self-defense skills through high-quality martial arts instruction.
