Q What age groups do you offer classes for?

We provide martial arts training for kids, teens, and adults. Our programs are tailored to each age group to help students build confidence, discipline, and physical fitness.

Q Do I need any prior experience to start?

No experience is required! Our beginner-friendly classes are designed to help you learn at your own pace while developing strong fundamentals.

Q What styles of martial arts do you teach?

We offer a mix of traditional and modern martial arts, including taekwondo, self-defense, and fitness-based training to develop strength, focus, and resilience.

Q How often should I attend classes?

We recommend attending 2–3 times per week for the best progress, but students are welcome to train more often based on their schedule and goals.

Q What should I bring or wear to my first class?

Just wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. If you decide to continue, we’ll help you get the proper uniform (gi or dobok).
