Sheiks Tae Kwon Do program is a blend of traditional martial arts and modern teaching methods. Students attend weekly classes that target their skill level and age range. We have programs for adolescent students starting in 3 years. We also offer rehabilitation programs.

First opening his school in 1987, Grandmaster Farouk Sheikh has well established himself as one of the greatest teacher/coaches in the tri-state area. With many of his students winning state, national, and international competitions.
Our goal is to create a community of like-minded individuals who are passionate about martial arts and committed to personal development. We believe that the practice of martial arts has the power to transform lives and help individuals reach their full potential.
Our kids program is not just about learning martial arts techniques, it's about building confidence, self-esteem, and a sense of accomplishment. We are dedicated to providing a positive and supportive environment where children can have fun, make new friends, and grow as individuals.
Conditioning and Fitness: Many martial arts styles place a strong emphasis on physical fitness and conditioning. This portion of the program may include exercises to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall physical fitness.
Martial arts can also promote self-confidence and self-esteem. As students progress and achieve new goals, they gain a sense of accomplishment and pride in their abilities. This can translate into other areas of life, such as school and work, and help individuals feel more confident in their abilities.
