Leading the Burlingame studio is Greg Shraiman, the Head Instructor since 2014, supported by Assistant Instructor Diya Mittal. We offer programs for all ages, including young children, teens, and adults. Our age-specific classes ensure students train safely and effectively at their level.

Q Do I need prior martial arts experience to join?

No experience is required. Our programs are designed for beginners through advanced students, and instruction is personalized to help everyone progress confidently.

Q What are the class schedules by age group?

Our classes are organized by age to ensure focused, safe, and effective training:
Ages 4–6 train on Tuesday & Thursday from 4:30–5:00 PM;
Ages 7–10 on Monday & Wednesday from 4:00–4:45 PM;
Ages 11–18 on Monday & Wednesday from 5:15–6:00 PM; and
Adults (19+) train on Monday & Wednesday from 7:15–8:15 PM and Friday from 7:00–8:00 PM.
