Grand Master Yoon is the founder and head instructor of YK Martial Arts, with over 40 years of experience in Taekwondo and Hapkido. A certified 7th-degree Black Belt, he combines traditional martial arts values with modern teaching methods to guide students of all ages. Known for his disciplined yet caring approach, Grand Master Yoon is dedicated to helping each student grow in skill, confidence, and character.

Q What age groups do you train?

We offer programs for all ages:

Little Tigers (ages 4–6)
Kids (7–12)
Teens & Adults (13+)
Family classes for parents and children training together
We also have inclusive programs for students with special needs.

Q What should I wear for the first class?

For your trial classes, comfortable athletic clothing is perfect. Once you're enrolled, a full martial arts uniform (dobok) will be provided.

Q Do I need any prior martial arts experience?

Not at all! Our beginner programs are designed for students with no experience. We’ll guide you step-by-step in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Q How often should I attend classes during the trial?

We recommend attending at least 2–3 classes during your two-week trial to get the full experience and see your progress in action.
